Umbrella Education Services

Our purpose is simple – to connect quality educational institutions with quality teachers of English as a second language. We focus on educational institutions in Asia and on teachers from Australia and New Zealand who we can meet in person. Just as face to face conversation is the best way to improve spoken English skills, personal meetings is the best way to engage new teachers.     

For Teachers

We work with some of the best English language schools and educational institutions across Asia to provide an overseas teaching experience of a lifetime. 

At Umbrella, we are about quality opportunities and transparent renumeration and conditions. We only advertise active roles, and we do our best to match roles to your skills and interest. Unlike some recruiters, we never charge teachers a fee.

For Schools

We seek out high-quality teachers of English as a second language and ensure they are a match for the role in terms of qualifications, interest and experience.  

Following successful pre-checks and interviews by an experienced teacher, we introduce the teacher to the prospective school by facilitating an interview. 

For Both

Internet video technology has allowed teachers and educational institutions to continue teaching through-out the COVID-19 lockdown. Many teachers are now adept and comfortable with this new technology, and some schools are considering video lessons as an on-going solution to meet the needs of their students. As our teachers are in the same time zone as Asia, we can confidently offer lesson packages to schools knowing that reliability and quality is assured. Just let us know what need you have.
